US Senate Climate Bill 'Trueing up to the science as we go', and why economists underestimate the cost of Global Warming
A Clean Energy and Jobs Bill has been introduced to the US Senate. At present, K C Golden tells us that it is 'pretty robust', with provision for 'truing up to the science as we go'.
But it will most likely be watered down, as it passes through the Senate Processes.
Economists underestimate the cost of Global Warming because they only take firm predictions into account. Many more but not firmly predictable effects will make the cost 'huge'.
